We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Malaysian professional to drive business growth in Shanghai, China. This role focuses on identifying new clients, managing temporary power supply projects, and delivering tailored technical solutions while building strong client relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

• Malaysian nationality (preferred for this role)

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation & Automation, or Business Administration

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in industries such as Marine Offshore, Shipyard, Power Generation, M&E, or Utilities in China.

• Knowledge of electrical power distribution and HVAC systems is an advantage

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills

Results-oriented with a proactive approach to business development

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Shanghai to expand market share

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and enhance customer satisfaction

• Develop and present technical proposals for temporary generator power supply systems, HVAC, Chiller, and Cooling Tower solutions

• Execute sales strategies to consistently achieve revenue and performance targets

• Prepare sales reports and accurate forecasts to support business planning

• Coordinate and manage short-term power supply and distribution projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards through cross-functional collaboration
