1. Content Selection and Strategy Development

Responsible for selecting and evaluating short drama content from overseas (Brazil and English-speaking regions), and developing content distribution and growth strategies based on user preferences and platform characteristics.

2. Short Video Editing and Content Re-creation

Extracting and re-creating highlight clips from short dramas (editing/packaging/subtitles/pacing optimization) to enhance content appeal and dissemination efficiency.

3. Multi-Platform Distribution and Operation

Responsible for content publishing and account management on mainstream social media platforms (such as TikTok/YouTube/Instagram), continuously optimizing viewership, completion rate, and conversion performance.

4. KOL Collaboration and Placement Management

Expanding and connecting with overseas KOL resources to promote collaborative short drama content, including KOL selection, business communication, placement execution, and performance review.

5. Data Analysis and Performance Optimization

Monitoring content performance (such as CTR, CVR, retention, conversion, etc.), and continuously optimizing topic selection, editing methods, and placement strategies based on data analysis.

6. Deconstruction of Viral Content and Development of Methodology

Analyze viral short dramas and competitor content to extract reusable growth models and content strategies to improve overall campaign ROI.

1. Experience Requirements

Priority will be given to candidates with experience in overseas content operations/short video operations/growth operations.

Priority will also be given to candidates with experience in short dramas, film and television, content distribution, or the entertainment industry.

2. Language Skills

Good Mandarin and English skills (reading, writing, and communication).

Priority will be given to candidates who speak Portuguese (Brazil).

3. Content Creativity

Familiar with the content logic of short video platforms, possessing strong online savvy and topic selection abilities.

Able to independently complete video editing, with a sense of rhythm and a user-centric perspective (familiar with tools such as CapCut/PR).

4. KOL and Growth Capabilities

Experience in KOL collaboration or understanding of influencer marketing logic.

Basic understanding of user growth and content conversion (e.g., CTR, retention, conversion paths). 

5. Data Analysis Capabilities

Able to analyze content performance through data and propose optimization solutions.

Basic data sensitivity and logical analysis skills.

6. Personal Qualities

Highly proactive and results-oriented.

Interested in or have some understanding of overseas market (especially Brazilian) culture.

Strong under pressure and adaptable to a fast-paced, iterative environment.
