Excellent Mandarin communication skills, basic English communication skills

Prior experience in promoter roles, sales, customer service, or tele-sales is an advantage

Enjoys interacting with people, good at chatting, and has a sales mindset

Detail-oriented, patient, good listener, able to understand customer needs

Positive, proactive, able to handle pressure, and motivated by high income

Responsible, reliable, with strong execution skills

Familiar with basic mobile phone operations, skilled in using WhatsApp for both text and voice communication

Able to use social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and XiaoHongShu (RED)

Must possess own transport, able to drive and commute independently

工作职责

- 以专业 & 销售的形式提供客户服务，并通过 WhatsApp 及各类社交媒体平台与客户沟通互动。

- 维护卓越的客户关系管理，包括与客户建立良好关系、提供高水平客户服务、快速回应以及确保客户满意度。

- 持续提升个人沟通能力与销售技巧，以推动业务增长。

- 在市场营销团队中展现良好的团队合作精神，提供建设性建议与反馈，协助业务发展。

- 每周需到办公室工作 3 天（工作时间灵活，介于上午 8:00 至下午 5:00 之间）。
