Diploma-Bachelor's Degree
30-50

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in retail, automotive, or motorcycle industry
  • Proven track record in driving sales targets and managing multiple outlets
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to drive sales and operations
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area

Tanggungjawab

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Drive overall sales performance (motorcycles, accessories, financing & insurance) to meet and exceed area targets

• Monitor sales trends, analyze data, and implement strategies to boost revenue

• Lead the execution of local marketing campaigns and promotional events

Operation

• Oversee daily operations and ensure all branches maintain company standards and visual merchandising

• Manage inventory levels, stock movement, and coordination with central warehouse & logistics

• Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, compliance, and brand consistency

People Management

• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop Store Managers and sales teams

• Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and foster a high-performance culture

• Handle staff matters including performance counselling and conflict resolution

Customer Experience

• Ensure excellent customer service standards across all outlets

• Handle escalated customer complaints and promote customer loyalty

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare area performance reports and present to senior management

• Track competitor activities and market trends

• Attend monthly meetings and follow up on branch performance

人员管理(People Management)
• 招募、培训、指导并发展店长及销售团队
• 设定关键绩效指标(KPI),进行绩效评估,并营造高绩效文化
• 处理员工事务,包括绩效辅导及冲突管理

客户体验(Customer Experience)
• 确保所有门店提供优质的客户服务标准
• 处理升级的客户投诉,并提升客户忠诚度

报告与分析(Reporting & Analysis)
• 准备区域业绩报告并向高级管理层汇报
• 跟进竞争对手动态及市场趋势
• 参与每月会议,并跟进各门店业绩表现
