Kelayakan
• Minimum SPM qualification
• At least 1 years of sales experience for Supervisor level, preferably in FMCG or Foodservice
• Strong sales drive with proven ability to achieve targets
• Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Possess own transport and a valid driving license
Tanggungjawab
• Deliver monthly sales volume and revenue targets within assigned territory
• Execute daily outlet coverage and ensure full route efficiency
• Expand market presence through new outlet acquisition and products penetration
• Monitor sales performance and take corrective action to achieve targets
• Manage accounts receivable (AR) and ensure timely collection
• Plan and execute monthly sales activities, promotions and campaigns
• Coordinate closely with logistics and operations to ensure product availability and on-time delivery
• Maintain accurate sales records, reporting and route planning
Additional Responsibilities (Supervisor Level)
• Lead, manage and motivate a small sales team to achieve targets
• Monitor team discipline, attendance and field performance
• Coach and develop team members to improve sales capability
• Ensure team KPIs and territory performance are consistently achieved
