2–3 years of relevant working experience

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem-solving ability

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

Able to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively

Strong research and analytical skills

Willing to travel and must possess own transport

Experience with Halal application will be an added advantage

Assist in all aspects of business licensing applications in accordance with local requirements and regulations

Familiar with local council (PBT) licensing procedures

Apply for business licenses with authorities such as JTK, MOTAC, MOE, CIDB, MOF, MOH, etc.

Understand and stay updated with relevant Acts & Regulations to ensure client compliance

Prepare, complete, and submit application forms for licenses and permits

Provide quotations and payment reminders to clients

Follow up with professionals, government agencies, and departments to ensure successful application outcomes

Liaise with clients to obtain required information and ensure timely submission

Provide progress updates and respond to client enquiries

Perform both online submissions and physical submissions at government agency counters

Maintain proper documentation and filing of all paperwork

Conduct research on licensing requirements, including site visits to clients or local councils if needed

Assist with other administrative tasks related to statutory compliance
