Job Description
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Automation / Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related
- 1–3 years experience in automation / pre-sales / solution design
- Good command of English & Chinese (spoken & written)
- Able to use CAD software for layout design
- Familiar with warehouse automation, AGV/AMR, or production line systems is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of WMS / EMS systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Work closely with sales team to understand customer requirements (mainly overseas clients)
- Prepare and present solutions in English
- Design automation solutions (layout, system flow, equipment selection, costing)
- Prepare proposals, reports, and tender documents
- Build and maintain solution templates and project references
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover
- Provide technical support during pre-sales stage
- Communicate with overseas clients when required
