Minimum 5–8 years experience in Sales & Marketing (retail/F&B/lifestyle industry preferred)
Strong understanding of both offline retail marketing & digital marketing
Proven track record in driving sales growth
Leadership experience in managing teams
Creative, strategic thinker with strong execution ability
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in mall retail environment
Strong social media marketing knowledge
Event planning / campaign execution experience
Data-driven mindset (Excel / reporting tools)
Passion for pets/lifestyle retail is a plus

Sales Strategy & Performance
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets
Set SOPs for marketing execution and sales operations
Monitor store performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans
Work closely with operations team to optimize in-store conversion rate
Drive upselling, cross-selling, and promotional effectiveness
Marketing & Branding
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent brand image across channels
Oversee social media content strategy (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.)
Collaborate with designers/content creators for marketing materials
Handle seasonal campaigns, promotions, and event launches
Partnerships & Business Development
Develop partnerships with brands, suppliers, and external collaborators
Explore sponsorships, collaborations, and co-marketing opportunities
Negotiate marketing collaborations, sponsorships, and joint campaigns
Expand ecosystem partnerships to strengthen brand positioning in pet industry
Build long-term business relationships to increase brand exposure
Data & Reporting
Analyse sales and marketing performance reports
Track ROI for campaigns and promotions
Provide insights and recommendations to management
Team Leadership
Lead and guide marketing/sales team members (if applicable)
Coordinate with operations, retail, and creative teams
Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and in-store activities
Establish KPI frameworks for sales and marketing team performance tracking
Build dashboards / reporting systems for real-time performance monitoring
Continuously improve marketing effectiveness based on data insights
Set up structured reporting rhythm for management review
