Job Summary
Looking for a role where you can grow your experience in purchasing and supplier coordination?
We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant Manager to support and manage day-to-day procurement activities, including supplier coordination and shipment arrangements for our food trading operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily purchasing activities, including sourcing, price comparison, and supplier follow-up.
Prepare and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders on shipment and delivery arrangements.
Review and verify shipment documents (invoice, packing list, BL).
Monitor stock levels and delivery schedules, and follow up on any delays.
Resolve supply or shipment-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain and update supplier records and purchasing data.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient operation flow.
Tanggungjawab
Requirements:
Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in purchasing / procurement.
Experience in supplier coordination and shipment processes is an advantage.
Able to communicate in Mandarin (to liaise with suppliers).
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work alternate Saturdays (half day).

Location: Puchong (Alam Perdana Industrial Park)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, Alternate Saturdays (Half Day)
