Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Diploma/Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or any field
  • 1–3 years of experience in ESG, EHS, environmental, or compliance-related roles
  • Knowledge of ESG, sustainability, or social compliance standards (RBA, SMETA is an advantage)
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and data handling
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Experience with ESG reporting or GHG data (Scope 1, 2, 3 is an advantage)
  • Exposure to audits (RBA, customer audits, ISO is an advantage)

Tanggungjawab

  • Support ESG data collection, validation, and reporting, including Scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG emissions tracking, Conflict Mineral & etc.
  • Support ESG data analysis and trend monitoring for management reporting
  • Assist in managing social compliance programs in line with ESG, social compliance and customer requirements
  • Coordinate supplier compliance activities, including collection of CMRT and EMRT (conflict minerals) declarations
  • Maintain ESG documentation and ensure readiness for internal and external audits
  • Support ESG-related systems such as customer portals, and internal tracking tools
  • Assist in sustainability initiatives including energy conservation, waste management, and environmental programs
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure compliance with ESG and social responsibility requirements
  • Prepare reports, scorecards, and performance tracking for management review
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for ESG and sustainability performance and programs
