Minimum 3–5 years experience in HVAC / Refrigeration / Service Operations

Experience in handling maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting

Prior supervisory or team lead experience is an added advantage

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (air-conditioning, chillers, refrigeration units)

Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical guidance to technicians

Familiar with preventive maintenance and service procedures

Oversee daily HVAC service operations including maintenance, breakdown, installation, and commissioning

Ensure all service jobs are completed within agreed timelines and service standards (SLA)

Plan and manage job scheduling, technician deployment, and resource allocation

Supervise, lead, and support service technicians and supervisors

Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity

Provide coaching, technical guidance, and on-the-job training

Track service KPIs such as response time, job completion rate, and customer satisfaction

Analyze performance data and implement corrective actions for improvement

Ensure department targets are achieved consistently

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally

Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high service satisfaction

Conduct follow-ups on service jobs and customer feedback

Coordinate with sales and project teams for installation and project execution

Ensure all works comply with technical standards and safety requirements
