What is your role & responsibilities:

• Provide financial plan and services to clients for their financial needs, ranging from wealth protection, wealth accumulation, wealth preservation and wealth distribution

• Approach & building an advisory relationship with customers.

• Breed productive clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, or referral.

• Develop individual financial plans in wealth protection, wealth accumulation, wealth preservation and wealth distribution.

• Consulting financial product such as Insurance/Takaful.

• Provide quality, meaningful advise & servicing for customers across product & services journey.

• Communicate with customers through lifecycle regularly.

• Source, recruit & develop your own team members.

• Constantly update industry knowledge and learn about new products and services.
