• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• At least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience is an added advantage

• GDL License

1. Receiving & Inspection

• Receive incoming goods and verify against delivery orders (DO) or invoices

• Inspect items for damage, quantity, and quality

• Report discrepancies or defects to supervisor

2. Storage & Organization

• Arrange and store items in designated locations

• Ensure proper labeling and categorization of stock

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse

3. Picking, Packing & Dispatch

• Pick items according to order list accurately

• Pack goods securely to prevent damage during delivery

• Assist in loading/unloading of goods

4. Inventory Control

• Assist in stock counting (cycle count / stock take)

• Update inventory records (manual or system)

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock

5. Documentation

• Maintain proper records of goods received and dispatched

• Ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate

6. Safety & Compliance

• Follow warehouse safety procedures and guidelines

• Use equipment (e.g., pallet jack, forklift if certified) properly

• Ensure compliance with company policies
