Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, IT, or related field

Minimum 3 years’ experience in property/land or related industry

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong command of English (written & spoken)

Able to engage with multiple stakeholders and authorities

Own transport and willing to travel

Based in Campbell Complex, Kuala Lumpur

Support identification and evaluation of property/land development opportunities

Conduct basic market research and feasibility analysis

Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations

Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to support project execution

Track project progress and ensure timelines are met

Liaise with vendors, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities

Assist with submissions, documentation, and compliance matters

Provide admin support including meeting minutes and follow-ups

Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
