• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience in sales or marketing (M&E / HVAC industry is an advantage).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

• Willing to travel and attend client meetings.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities with corporate, commercial, and retail clients.

• Promote company products and services through direct selling, presentations, and site visits.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on customer enquiries.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Marketing & Promotion

• Support marketing campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

• Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and product information.

• Conduct basic market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitors.

• Support brand awareness initiatives across online and offline channels.

Customer Engagement & Support

• Act as the main point of contact for customers before and after sales.

• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, finance) to ensure smooth project execution.

• Address customer feedback, enquiries, and complaints professionally.

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and reports.

• Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline, and market feedback to management.

• Assist in forecasting sales and planning sales strategies.

Other Responsibilities

• Participate in product training and continuous learning programmes.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
