Job Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities by visiting potential customers, retailers, wholesalers, factories, and food service businesses.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Increase sales volume and expand product penetration within assigned territories.

• Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding collections.

• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and customer records.

• Maintain an accurate customer database.

• Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.

• Attend sales meetings, company training, and other business-related activities.

• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

• At least 1 year of sales experience (F&B, FMCG, retail, wholesale, or distribution industry is preferred).

• Experience in the food industry will be an added advantage.

• Able to communicate, read, and write in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Cantonese speaking is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

• Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

• Willing to travel for customer visits and business assignments.

• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
