Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in financial telesales.

• Track record of achieving KPIs set

• High school / diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field is a

• Fluent in Mandarin and/or English and Malay

• Strong sales drive, persuasive communication, and a positive, goal-oriented mindset

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools

Telesales Executive - SME loan

Location: KL Eco City (5 mins from Abdullah Hukum LRT Station)

Working Hours / Days: 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri) / Call Centre

Attendance Allowance RM300 (non-fixed, T&C apply) + Commission

Job Description:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads and databases

• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and promotions

• Understand customer needs and customize sales pitches based on the campaign assigned

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs

• Accurately update and manage customer interactions and sales records in the CRM system

• Handle objections professionally and respond to customer inquiries effectively

• Promote the benefits of refinancing, strictly adhering to product factsheets and sales scripts

• Maintain a high level of integrity, adhering to PDPA regulations and internal sales standards

• Follow call center productivity standards and workforce management guidelines
