Kelayakan

  • Education: Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

  • Experience: At least 2 years of customer service or a related field is preferred.

  • Able to speak in English

  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Skills:

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Tanggungjawab

Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and promptly.

  • Identify and assess customer needs, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through interactive communication.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance customer experience.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.

  • Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance targets.

  • Generate Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices.

  • Follow up on orders, schedule orders, track back orders, and manage collections.

  • Support sales personnel by issuing quotations, proforma invoices, and processing & monitoring orders.

  • Track ETA dates, monitor outstanding sales orders, and provide updates to salespersons and customers.

  • Ensure all orders are processed timely according to company procedures.

  • Coordinate delivery arrangements.
