We are seeking a Junior Tender Assistant with a background in Computer Science, IT or related fields.

Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work under tight deadlines

A relevant degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Identify and prepare Technical and Financial Proposals, using E-perolehan system.

Prepares tendering document and ensure that it is relevant, timely, accurate, and addresses customer specifications, or meet the appropriate expectations.

Manage the tender process from pre-tender engagement through submission and post-implementation review.

Reviewing legal and commercial content of the tender documents.

Assisting in preparing, updating and inspecting of other project documentation including setting up and maintaining project files, ensure that all significant risks have been identified and mitigated.

Create and implement timelines for projects, assign tasks, and follow up on their completion.

Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.

Strong relationships with professional government officer, competitors, vendors and other third parties.

Acted as primary liaison amongst vendors, contractors, city officials, ministry, etc.

In collaboration with other members of the project management team: identify, develop, implement and maintain regulations, processes, methodologies and systems for the effective management of projects.
