Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field

Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction or architecture industry is preferred

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia

Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and project control techniques

Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders

Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget

Able travel to project sites for measurements and reporting

Preparing detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects

Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors

Monitoring and controlling project costs, identifying potential savings opportunities

Preparing progress and final accounts, as well as variation orders and claims

Advising the project team on contractual and commercial matters

Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards

Providing cost-effective solutions and recommendations to improve project profitability
