We are looking for a proactive and creative E-Commerce Marketing Executiveto manage and grow the company’sonline store (website). This role focuses on driving online sales through digital marketing, campaign planning, and website content management. The candidate will also support the development of TikTok Shop and social commerce initiatives in the future, while assisting with basic e-commerce operations when required.

Key Responsibilities

Website Marketing & Management

• Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce website, ensuring product listings, pricing, and information are accurate.

• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches on the website.

• Update website banners, collections, and promotional pages.

• Monitor website traffic, sales performance, and customer behaviour.

• Work closely with the merchandising and retail teams to align product availability and promotions.

• Optimise product descriptions and presentation to improve online sales conversion.

Digital Marketing

• Plan and create content for social media to drive traffic to the website.

• Monitor online trends and competitor activities to identify marketing opportunities.

• Assist in planning digital marketing campaigns and brand awareness activities.

Future Social Commerce Development

• Support the setup and growth of TikTok Shop and other social commerce channels in the future.

• Assist in planning content and marketing strategies for social commerce platforms.

E-Commerce Operations Support

• Assist with processing online orders when required.

• Support order packing and fulfilment during peak sales periods.

• Coordinate with courier services to ensure smooth delivery processes.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.

• Familiar with website management and online sales platforms.

• Strong interest in digital marketing and fashion retail.

• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Basic skills in content creation, social media, and digital marketing tools.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
