1. Product Knowledge (or willingness to learn fast)

• Basic understanding of cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, compact), lenses, and accessories

• Familiarity with major brands like Canon, Nikon, Sony, and Fujifilm

• Ability to explain specs in simple terms (megapixels, ISO, autofocus, etc.)

2. Sales Skills

• Ability to approach and engage customers confidently

• Upselling (e.g., recommending lenses, tripods, memory cards)

• Meeting monthly or weekly sales targets

3. Customer Service

• Friendly, patient, and not pushy

• Good listening skills to understand customer needs (beginner vs pro)

• Handling complaints or returns professionally

4. Communication Skills

• Clear spoken communication (English + Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a bonus in KL)

• Ability to explain technical concepts in an easy way

• Assist customers in selecting cameras and accessories

• Demonstrate camera features in-store

• Maintain product displays and cleanliness

• Handle cashier duties and transactions

• Track stock and inform management about low inventory
