• ​Bachelor's Degree with honours in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• ​Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and implementing software projects.

• ​Proficient in both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies.

• ​Strong capability in project tracking and performance monitoring.

• ​Certified in PMP / Scrum Master practices.

• ​Prior experience in the ITSM, ITAM, ITOM deployment is preferred.

Our client is an IT solutions & services provider specializing in Connectivity & Communications solutions (network, security, VOIP, IPPBX, SIP services) and Management Tools (IT service management and customer engagement solutions).

• ​Lead and manage projects to ensure alignment with defined scope, objectives, schedules, and budgets.

• ​Oversee multiple interdependent workstreams, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely reporting.

• ​Engage with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, changes, and risks. Understand business requirements, propose value-adding ideas, and maintain open communication with internal teams and external vendors.

• ​Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and senior leadership, including the preparation of approval documentation for project initiatives.

• ​Oversee Change Management procedures and ensure thorough project documentation.

• ​Lead project teams through Site Acceptance Test (SAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• ​Plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove team impediments, and coach teams on Agile best practices
