- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in local languages; Mandarin proficiency is preferred for work communication.

- Assist the sales team in daily administrative and coordination tasks
- Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately and on schedule
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support professionally
- Follow up on outstanding payments with clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and documentation standards
