Qualifications and Working Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Engineering, Aviation/Aerospace, or related field, or

  • Licensed Aircraft Engineer / Technical Instructor with a minimum of five (5) years of related professional experience in aircraft maintenance, engineering, or technical training experience

  • Must possess at least one of the following:

  • HRDC Train-the-Trainer (TTT) Accreditation, or TVET-i Certification, or a valid CAAM AMEL

  • 5 Years

Areas of Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training development, curriculum design, or educational program management.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to Aviation Maintenance Training.

  • Proven experience in conducting TNAs and creating custom training solutions.

  • Excellent project management and communication skills.

  • Ability to standardize complex training materials and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Standardize two or more existing curricula to ensure uniformity, efficiency, and concurrent delivery.

    • Streamline course structures, content, assessments, and delivery methods.

    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency in learning outcomes and instructional materials.

    • Continuously review and update training programs to align with regulatory changes and organizational standards.

    • Monitor industry trends and regulatory updates to ensure proactive curriculum adjustments.

    • Ensure training materials meet compliance, safety, and quality requirements.

    • Lead and conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis across departments.

    • Identify skills gaps, performance issues, and future training requirements.

    • Recommend targeted training strategies and solutions based on data-driven insights.

    • Design and develop customized training programs to support business objectives and workforce capability development.

    • Create or supervise the development of digital, classroom, and blended learning materials.

    • Ensure training solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with learner needs.

    • Work closely with cross-divisional teams and management to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of all training programs.

    • Coordinate with regulatory bodies when needed to clarify or validate curriculum requirements.

    • Establish KPIs and quality standards for training programs.

    • Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.

    • Prepare regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
