Diploma/Degree in Business / Business Management, or related fields (Finance or Accounting graduates is a plus point)

Basic understanding of financial concepts and business operations

Mandarin speaker (Compulsory)

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle confidential information

Good communication and organizational skills

Able to work independently and take initiative

Possess own transport

Support CFO in managing daily financial tasks and operational matters

Assist in preparing financial reports, cash flow tracking, and basic analysis

Monitor company expenses, payments, and documentation

Coordinate with bankers, lawyers, accountants, and external stakeholders when required

Prepare agreement, legal documents & etc

Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for management review

Handle scheduling, follow-ups, and administrative support for CFO

Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by CFO
