• Create:

  • Footwear design concepts (sketches / digital)

  • Seasonal collections or campaign-based designs

• Develop:

  • Colorways

  • Materials selection

  • Design variation

3. Technical Design & Specification

• Prepare:

  • Technical drawings / tech packs

• Define:

  • Measurements

  • Materials

  • Construction details

4. Material & Component Selection

• Select appropriate:

  • Leather / synthetic materials

  • Soles

  • Accessories (buckles, zippers, etc.)

• Ensure:

  • Durability

  • Comfort

  • Cost alignment

5. Sample Development & Fitting

• Work with:

  • Suppliers / manufacturers

• Review:

  • Prototypes / samples

• Conduct:

  • Fitting tests

  • Design adjustments
