Proven experience in administrative roles or as PA, often supporting senior-level management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Able to converse in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
High levels of discretion, professionalism, proactivity, and the ability to work under fast paced environment.
Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration) is preferred • Onsite job, Saturdays
Tanggungjawab
Managing busy schedules, prioritizing meetings, and managing inbox communication.
Booking flights, accommodation, and transportation and others arrangement for itineraries.
Creating reports, presentations, memos, and taking meeting minutes etc.
Acting as the primary point of contact between executives and related PIC
Assisting and follow-up for the projects and administrative tasks assigned or as required.
Assisting for all correspondence and communication that assigned from time to time
Any other adhoc assignment will be given when requires
