• Currently pursuing or possessing a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Development/ Management or any related discipline.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to interact with people at different levels and work cohesively in a team setting.

• Eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable to new challenges and environments.

• Preferred internship placement starting from May 2026 onwards (minimum 12 weeks)

A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring)

• Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements

• Prepare and update job descriptions

• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and agencies

• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates

• Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback

B. Onboarding

• Manage onboarding process (documentation, induction, orientation)

• Ensure smooth joining experience for new hires

• Coordinate with Admin/IT for workstation or related PIC/Department for assigning system access, and preparation

C. HR Administration

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker

• Ensure proper employee documentation (employment contracts, personal files)

• Assist in confirmation and probation tracking

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking

• Assist in payroll preparation (attendance, OT, allowances)

• Handle basic employee relations matters (staff enquiries, resignations, documentation)

• Support general HR administrative and operational tasks

D. Employer Branding & Pipeline

• Build talent pipeline for future hiring

• Support employer branding initiatives (job ads, social media hiring posts)

• Involved in ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
