Tanggungjawab
1. Asset Tracking & Management
Maintain and update the company asset register (hardware & software)
Track issuance, transfer, and return of assets assigned to employees
Label and tag company assets systematically
Assist in periodic asset audits and stock checks
2. Employee Asset Records
Ensure accurate documentation of assets assigned to each employee
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding asset handovers
Prepare asset acknowledgment forms and ensure proper filing
3. Software & License Management
Track software subscriptions, licenses, and renewal dates
Monitor usage and ensure compliance with company policies
Assist in procurement and allocation of software tools
4. Billing & Utilities Coordination Support
Assist to record and track utility bills (internet, phone lines, system subscriptions, etc.)
Assist in verifying invoices against usage and contracts
Support payment tracking and documentation
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain organized digital and physical records of all assets and related documents
Generate periodic reports on asset status, utilization, and discrepancies
Support process improvement for asset management systems
6. Administrative Support
Assist in general HR/Admin tasks when required
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for asset-related matters
