Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5-8 years relevant experience in finance/accounting
  • Familiar with accounting software (SQL is an advantage)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Tanggungjawab

  • Responsible for all Accounting & Finance works for daily operation including AR, AP and GL accounting, fixed assets register and other related accounting work
  • Responsible to work closely and liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary, lawyer, authority department & etc. regarding all operating, financing activities and ISO related matters
  • Responsible to ensure all financial records are kept accurately and securely and in the line with legislative requirements
  • Responsibilities on month end closing and stock checking variance of inventory, keep review and revised the Product Costing and Management Account
  • To control and monitor the financial situation including the issuing of invoice, delivery order as well as collection of money
  • Handling SST related issues and timely monthly report submission to the Authority
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth running of project/business
  • Faithfully and diligently perform all duties and exercise such power consistent with them as the company (or anyone authorized by the company) may from time to time assigned
  • Use your best endeavors to promote the good name and reputation of the company
  • Abidance by rules and proper procedures on all tasks handling
