• Minimum Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in: Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Logistics / Transportation or related field

• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field

• Fresh graduates with relevant background are encouraged to apply (if applicable)

• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or similar fields

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Basic computer literacy (reporting systems / mobile apps)

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting vehicles to ensure they meet required industry standards and accurately reporting their condition.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections including interior, exterior, engine compartment, trunk area, and odometer reading

• Identify and document any damage, defects, or required repairs (e.g. frame, paint, engine, AC/heater, infotainment system, tires, etc.)

• Prepare accurate and complete inspection reports based on findings

• Capture and upload digital photos during the inspection process

• Locate, start, and move vehicles as required

• Use computer systems or mobile applications to submit inspection reports

• Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times

• Follow up with customers after vehicle inspections when required

• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
