Write clear, creative, and on-brand captions or copy for posts, ads, and campaigns.

Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics, providing reports and insights for improvement.

Manage community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing operations and designers) to ensure consistent communication and content execution.

Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for brand growth.

Support influencer collaborations, KOL campaigns, and user-generated content initiatives.

Assist during events, new store openings, and on-site content coverage when required.
