REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field

  • Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a hunter-farmer hybrid role

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing accounts

  • Strong prospecting skills — comfortable with cold calling, field canvassing, and self-generating leads

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM or internal sales tools is an advantage

  • Own transport and valid driving license required

  • Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude may be considered

Tanggungjawab

RESPONSIBILITIES

Hunter (New Business Development)

  • Initiate contact with potential customers to generate and qualify leads, promote products and services, and identify sales opportunities

  • Conduct field canvassing and cold calling to generate leads, and arrange face-to-face or virtual meetings with prospects

  • Handle end-to-end new customer acquisition

  • Understand prospects' purchasing needs and present the most suitable pricing and quotation

  • Initiate account creation for prospects via internal sales tools

  • Achieve monthly sales margin and targets

  • Provide comprehensive purchase and business information to prospects to ensure clear understanding of business dealings

  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

Farmer (Account Management)

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business retention

  • Increase account spend through product penetration and margin management

  • Handle assigned customers' enquiries and provide after-sales support

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure full customer satisfaction in accordance with company service standards

  • Drive full category compliance to maximise customer potential

  • Advocate customer loyalty through dedicated account management

  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
