Job Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experienceincorporate office interior design.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent.

• Detailed knowledge of construction methodology and design details.

• Strong conceptual design and space planning skills.

• Presentation skills on design concepts will be a great advantage.

• Able to work as part of a team or independently; work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• Proficient in SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Job Description

• Lead design projects independently from concept development through to final execution, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction.

• Produce compelling and visually impactful presentation materials (including 3D visuals, mood boards, and decks) to clearly communicate and confidently present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

• Work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating closely with the Project Leader and team members to ensure smooth project execution.

• Take ownership of design development from concept through to completion, ensuring consistency in design intent across all stages.

• Ensure all design solutions are accurately documented, coordinated, and implemented within project drawings and specifications.

• Conduct site visits and monitor design progress, ensuring alignment with approved concepts and resolving issues proactively.

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
