Education: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation. MICPA/ACCA qualification is an added advantage.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of accounting/tax experience in Malaysia. Candidates with accounting firm experience are preferred.

Skills: Proficient in SQL Accounting, e-Invoicing, and payroll processing; familiar with MFRS, SST, and Malaysian Income Tax regulations.

Language: Fluent in Mandarin (preferred), with basic communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.

Attributes: Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work independently, and capable of handling pressure.

Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with accounting firm experience and Mandarin language proficiency are preferred

Handle full set of accounts: AP/AR, general ledger, month-end closing, and preparation of financial statements.

Tax compliance: Independently manage SST, corporate income tax, and PCB (personal income tax) submissions; liaise with tax authorities and auditors.

E-Invoicing: Proficient in using Malaysia’s e-Invoice system to ensure compliant issuance and filing.

Payroll processing: Handle salary calculations, EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB deductions, payroll preparation, and salary disbursement.

System operations: Skilled in SQL Accounting software for data entry, reconciliations, and report generation.

Other duties: Filing accounting documents, bank reconciliations, assisting with audits, and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
