Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Strong interest in FMCG, retail, and consumer marketing.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Willingness to travel to retail outlets when required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
Candidates proficient in Mandarin will be able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing trade marketing campaigns and in-store promotions in alignment with internal Sales & Marketing teams and principal brand partners.

Support the development and distribution of POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) such as posters, wobblers, shelf-talkers, and displays, ensuring compliance with principal brand guidelines.

Coordinate closely with internal sales teams, retailers, distributors, and principal brand trade marketing / marketing / sales teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of trade initiatives.

Participate in alignment meetings, briefings, and discussions with principal brands to understand campaign objectives, mechanics, and execution requirements.

Conduct market visits to monitor in-store visibility, merchandising standards, pricing, and promotion compliance against agreed plans with principal brands.

Collect, consolidate, and analyse sales, promotion, and market data; prepare basic reports and feedback decks for internal teams and principal brand stakeholders.

Support new product launches (NPI) in collaboration with principal brands, including sampling, roadshows, retail activation, and post-launch reporting.

Assist in tracking promotion performance, budgets, and trade spend, ensuring proper documentation and reporting to principal brands where required.

Perform administrative and coordination tasks related to trade marketing projects, including communication follow-ups with principal brand contacts.
