Kelayakan
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related disciplines is preferred
- Fluent in local languages; strong preference for candidates proficient in Mandarin
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, International Education, or related fields
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and regional priorities effectively
- Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment, collaborating with teams from different regions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and professional marketing content
- Hands-on experience managing digital platforms such as LinkedIn and executing marketing campaigns
- Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting, analytics, and tracking campaign performance
- Strong attention to detail to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with marketing tools and platforms
- Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Tanggungjawab
- Work closely with the Global Partnerships Manager to strengthen university relationships and support partnership growth across multiple regions
- Develop, manage, and maintain high-quality marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, newsletters, and digital content
- Ensure all marketing content is updated, visually appealing, and aligned with company branding and regional objectives
- Manage and distribute monthly university newsletters for regions including ANZ, Europe, UK, and North America
- Plan and create engaging content to support partner communication and relationship-building initiatives
- Support external communications by delivering clear, professional, and consistent messaging to university partners
- Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence through content planning, posting, engagement, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams to showcase partnership achievements, industry insights, and thought leadership content
- Prepare and manage university satisfaction surveys, including survey creation, distribution, analysis, and reporting
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance partner satisfaction and overall engagement experience
- Support marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at improving university engagement, retention, and long-term partnerships
- Assist in preparing marketing materials for events, conferences, webinars, and partner meetings
- Monitor marketing performance and campaign effectiveness through reporting and analytics
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, tools, and content delivery for better efficiency and impact
- Provide additional support for global projects and strategic initiatives when required
