1. Sourcing and Attracting: Develop, post, and manage job advertisements across various platforms, including social media, job boards, and employee referral programs.
2. Screening and Assessment: Evaluate candidate resumes, conduct interviews, and assess skills, experience, and knowledge to determine fit.
3. Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with department managers to identify future staffing needs and establish specific job requirements.
4. Candidate Management: Serve as the main point of contact, managing the interview process, conducting reference checks, and delivering offer letters.
5. Administration and Compliance: Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking and ensure all hiring practices comply with legal regulations.
