Job Requirements

• Possess a valid driving license (Class D – Malaysia) with a clean driving record

• Minimum [2] years of experience as a personal driver or similar role preferred

• Familiar with Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and surrounding areas

• Basic administrative and communication skills

• Able to use smartphone apps (navigation, messaging, basic scheduling)

• Physically fit, punctual, responsible, and well-groomed

• Trustworthy, discreet, and able to work independently

A. Driving & Transport Duties

• Provide safe, punctual, and professional driving services for daily work, meetings, events, and personal errands

• Plan routes in advance to ensure timely arrivals

• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle at all times

• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, servicing, road tax, insurance, and inspections

• Ensure compliance with traffic laws and company safety policies

B. Personal Assistant Duties

• Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders

• Handle simple administrative tasks such as document collection, submission, and follow-ups

• Run personal and office-related errands as instructed

• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, or travel arrangements when required

• Provide on-site assistance during events or official functions if needed

C. Confidentiality & Professional Conduct

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employer’s personal and business matters

• Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and loyalty at all times

• Be flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required
