Working Hours: Rotational shift

Intake: 18 May, Monday

Salary: up to RM 4500 + up to 300 KPI + up to 300 Night Shift allowance

Requirements

•⁠  ⁠SPM / Diploma / Degree + 1-2 years CS Experience (emails live chat calls and preferably BPO)

•⁠ B2 Eng + Mandarin + Cantonese

Tanggungjawab

  • Answers phone calls, emails and Chat from Customers on Social Media.

  • Answer Customer enquires and resolve Customer issues in an efficient and timely manner.

  • Help Customers with issues related to the service and solve the customer's problems to the best of your ability.
