* Offer upgrade to Senior Post RM 7,000 - RM 8,000 based on years of experience * Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.

* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in construction site supervision is an advantage.

* Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Familiar with site documentation, reporting, and project coordination.

* Knowledge of construction safety practices and procedures.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project documentation tools.

* Assist the Senior Site Supervisor / Site Manager in coordinating daily site activities and project progress.

* Monitor construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule.

* Supervise subcontractors, workers, and site personnel to ensure smooth site operations.

* Maintain proper site records, including site diaries, attendance records, and daily work progress reports.

* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities regarding technical matters and approvals.

* Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship quality and safety practices.

* Assist in planning, monitoring, and controlling project schedules and site resources.

* Ensure housekeeping and material management are properly maintained to minimize wastage.

* Prepare and submit progress reports, material usage reports, and related documentation.

* Review construction drawings, method statements, material submissions, and technical documents.

* Identify drawing discrepancies and assist in preparing RFIs (Request for Information) and site clarifications.

* Participate in site meetings, technical discussions, and coordination meetings with clients and consultants.

* Support site mobilization, office setup, filing, and documentation management.

* Ensure all site activities comply with company safety regulations and procedures.

* Carry out additional duties assigned by management or supervisors.
