Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline with 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in Travel & Hospitality industry.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Proficiency in English & Mandarin.
Excellent communication skills, high sense of efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail, adapt changes and have passion for continuous process improvement.
Short-notice or immediate available candidate is highly preferred
Tanggungjawab
- Travel tour operating from ho ahead till tour finish while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards;
- To ensure productivity for tour handling and also control the ratio of mistake to cause financial impact;
- Budget management and invoice issuance relevant fields implementation;
- Facilitate in the coordination of tasks and communication with each corporate parties (Europe Network office, service vendors)
- Follow up tour report/complaint handling for further investigation and compensation requirement
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments across quotation team and other sales office operation team;
