Job Requirement

  1. Minimum education level: Diploma or above

  2. Fresh graduates with strong learning ability and good communication skills are encouraged to apply; candidates with prior experience in Business Development, Sales, SaaS, or B2B sales will have an added advantage

  3. IT-related, Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or other relevant fields of study are preferred; candidates with technical understanding of SaaS products will be a plus

  4. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  5. Confident in conducting client meetings, Zoom demos, and business presentations

  6. Comfortable attending business events, networking sessions, exhibitions, and proactively building industry relationships

  7. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  8. Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and problem-solving ability

  9. Experience in TikTok Shop ecosystem, creator economy, e-commerce, digital marketing, or SaaS industry will be an added advantage

Tanggungjawab

  • Drive Malaysia market expansion and revenue growth

  • Lead channel development, partnerships, and client acquisition

  • Onboard, Train & Support New Partnerships/Agency

  • Event Participation & Brand Networking

  • Represent Kalodata through demos, webinars, and key account discussions

  • Develop new customers, channels, and reseller/agency partnerships

  • Conduct client demos, webinars, workshops, and outreach activities

  • Execute sales pipeline management (cold calls, follow-ups, BD outreach)

  • Build strong relationships with TikTok Shop sellers and ecosystem partners

  • Collaborate with marketing/ops teams to improve conversions

  • Deliver sales performance reporting and market feedback

  • Cross-functional Collaboration
