Minimum 3 years of experience in a Senior Designer role or above

Experience in residential refurbishment/rebuild projects

Strong understanding of local majlis submission process

Able to lead and coordinate a team of designers effectively

Detail-oriented with strong design sense and technical knowledge

Good communication and client handling skills

Self-motivated, responsible, and well organized

Able to work independently and manage multiple projects

Experience in design & build industry is highly preferred

Manage and oversee daily operations of the design team

Ensure smooth workflow during all design phases

Coordinate project timelines, design progress, and deliverables

Review design drawings, technical details, and submissions

Handle client accounts and provide suitable design solutions

Work closely with sales, project, and site teams

Prepare and monitor majlis submissions for renovation/rebuild projects

Maintain quality control and design standards across projects

Mentor and guide junior designers when necessary

Ensure projects are delivered efficiently and professionally
