Your Role
Be a professional solution provider, supporting customers from Hong Kong/Taiwan/SG/Canada/America via calls, emails, and live chats. Gain international exposure while sharpening your communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours:
5 days per week, 9 hours per day

Working Location:

KL Sentral, KLCC, Cyberjaya, Subang Jaya, Ara Damansara

What We’re Looking For

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin & English

• Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma & Degree Fresh graduates are welcome!)

• Experience in customer service / call center (BPO) is an added advantage

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn

• Able to work independently and perform under pressure

• Detail-oriented and responsible

• Assist with orders, cancellations, refunds, and enquiries
