Possess a recognized Company Secretary qualification / license

• Handle the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for private and corporate clients
• Prepare and manage statutory documents, resolutions, annual returns, and other secretarial filings

Job Responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for private and corporate clients
• Prepare and manage statutory documents, resolutions, annual returns, and other secretarial filings
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, regulatory requirements, and relevant statutory obligations
• Maintain proper statutory records, registers, and company secretarial documentation
• Liaise with SSM, clients, auditors, lawyers, and other relevant authorities or professionals
• Assist in organizing board meetings, preparing board papers, minutes, and written resolutions
• Support corporate exercises, share transactions, changes in company structure, and related compliance matters
• Advise clients on corporate secretarial and compliance requirements
• Handle ad hoc assignments and other related duties as assigned by management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a secretarial firm or professional services environment
• Familiar with complex corporate structures, compliance matters, and cross-border shareholding arrangements
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred
