Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive / Closer who excels at converting opportunities into revenue, negotiating, and driving business growth. This role is ideal for someone confident in selling complex solutions, understanding market dynamics, controlling negotiations by separating real needs vs negotiation tactics, and closing high-value deals. Performance is measured through a blended KPI based on Revenue achievement and Target SKU sales.

What we are looking for

-        Proven track record in sales closing and negotiation

-        Strong ability to sell complex solutions and services

-        Results-driven, target-oriented, and highly motivated

-        Resilient under pressure and able to handle rejection professionally

-        Strong communication skills in English and Malay

-        Excellent planning, organization, and account management skills

Key Responsibilities

-        Drive revenue growth by closing new and existing business opportunities

-        Manage, develop, and expand key customer accounts

-        Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal finalization

-        Generate demand and sell complex or non-obvious solutions

-        Influence client decisions through strategic recommendations and consultative selling

-        Collaborate with internal teams to secure large or challenging deals

-        Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights
