Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability.

  • Understand clients’ hiring requirements and provide suitable recruitment solutions.

  • Match candidates with appropriate job opportunities based on skills, experience, and career goals.

  • Coordinate interview arrangements between clients and candidates.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term collaboration.

  • Negotiate salary packages and employment terms between clients and candidates.

  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.

  • Achieve recruitment targets and KPI set by the company.

  • Provide professional consultation and career advice to candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments as assigned by the management from time to time.

Tanggungjawab

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to multitask and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Able to handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
