The Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate BIM models for multiple projects to ensure alignment with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)

• Perform clash detection and 4D/5D simulations when needed. Lead BIM coordination meetings and prepare detailed clash reports.

• Lead model federation and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) for seamless integration

• Work with teams to resolve BIM related issues, particularly to provide technical mentorship to BIM Modelers on advanced modeling and coordination practices

• Provide technical mentorship to BIM Modelers on advanced modeling and coordination practices

• We are prioritizing local talent who are currently in KL and Penang areas

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or a Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• A minimum 2-3 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination (all disciplines)

• Able to read and understand construction drawings

• Proven experience with JKR submission processes and government project workflows is highly preferred

• Good communication skills to lead multidisciplinary stakeholder discussions. Willing to learn and a team player.
